Notes:

  • Add extra mushrooms.
  • The shallots and carrots turn to mush, and I don’t know what to do about it. This is a recurring IP vegetable issue. Is there an IP veg trick? Next time I’ll try keeping the carrots whole, or shop for pressure-resistant carrots.
